Atlanta, Georgia – October 8, 2013 – Boston Massachusetts based C&R Entertainment Inc. has signed singer-songwriter Malida to an international promotional/management contract. Malida’s newest video “Air” is captivating and pulls you in with her persuasive and cajoling style.
Malida’s music is composed of a fresh, unique, persuasive and innovative sound that C&R co-founder; Chenet Nerette, has been extremely excited about since her first release of “Your Love. Her current video remix of “Air” depicts her uncanny ability of delivering on love related themes. She also shows that acting is right up her alley with a stellar display of acting skills. Lady S proved a fitting complement in the remix by bringing an additional dimension.
Now under the watchful eyes of C&R Entertainment, Malida is set to make her own indelible mark in the entertainment circuit. The much anticipated video remix of “Air” will take place on October 9, 2013, and is expected to etch Malida deeper in the minds of the music cognoscenti as a true songbird who can also act and genuinely entertain. Her voice is an embodiment of sheer talent and pure sweetness.
Born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti on September 24, 1982. Malida arrived in the United States at the tender age of 5. Malida has always had a passion for writing and expressing her feelings and emotions through the art of singing. Malida sings about strength gained through trials and tribulations she’s faced in her life. She began singing in church and currently serves as youth coordinator for her parish in Brockton, MA. She has
performed her zouk tracks on the same stage as the legendary Alan Cave, Jim Rama, T-Mickey, Fresh-la from Vwadeziles, J-Beatz, Milca, Zing Experience and Dola Mizik.
